Use Ecosia as default search page
When using the search button on the integrated ChordPro/Text editor SongRepertoire now uses Ecosia as default search page for chord files.

Default settings for AirTurn pedals
On the HotKey settings page you now can select various default settings for most Bluetooth pedals from AirTurn.

Turn on/off audio timeline
You now can show or hide the extended audio timeline directly from the default playback panel.
Fixes
When exporting music sheets to PDF invalid characters in song titles or interpret names may have crashed the app. Fixed.
